 We made this gin to honour our Dutch forebears and the mother of gin, the veritable "Jenever". Jenever is often, although not always, a juniper forward spirit made from distilling fruit wines and small ales together. 

Our gin is made from a base spirit of 80% Cider and 20% Malt.
