A Negroni with a Salvage Twist

This beauty has been in the works for months, and we reckon it’s looking pretty damn good. We’ve taken the time to “blacken” a bunch of Bosc pears—liberated from a friend’s tree while they were on holiday—and infused our vermouth with their rich, caramelized flavor.

Mixed in equal parts with our Jetsam Gin and homemade Amaro (think Campari, but darker, broodier, and just a tad more complex), this Negroni is the perfect aperitif. With a bright, bitter tang, it cleanses your palate and sets you up for what’s to come.
