Blackened Pear Negroni

This beauty has been in the works for months & we recon it's looking pretty damn good.  We've taken the time to "Blacken" a bunch of bosc pears that we "liberated" from a friend's tree while they were on holiday and infused our vermouth with them. Mixed in equal parts with our Jetsam Gin and home made Amaro (think Campari - but made just a tad darker and much more brooding), you have the perfect aperitif with a bright bitter tang that cleanses your palate and sets you up for what is to come.

Serving suggestion: serve straight up on the rocks with a slice of orange, or with soda for a long drink.
