Forget the rescue dog, this is rescue booze.

Batch 1 of our vodka includes an infusion of Quinces "Salvaged" from our neighbors tree late one night.

We use fine lees, unwanted batches and poor abandonded kegs. We foster this lost booze in our still where they are go through a 6 stage cleaning proccess.   Once reformed they are ready for rehoming in the finest glass.
